Your First Visit With Us
At Wellness First Chiropractic we do things a little differently – the focus of our care is you! When you become a patient at our practice you’ll enter into a partnership with each of us: chiropractor, massage therapist, and every member of our team. We see you as an active participant in charge of your health, making decisions and helping to direct your care.
Our role is to provide you with information so that you have knowledge about your spinal health, understand the options for care that will help you reach your goals, and provide guidance and support for your decisions. And of course, we love to do quality chiropractic care!
The philosophy of our office is that every patient who has potential treatment needs should first undergo a comprehensive spinal examination. Without an in-depth exam, accurate spinal diagnoses cannot be made. It is in your best interest that we examine the spine and not just isolated problems you may be having.
Our Chiropractic Care utilizes the most modern chiropractic analytical, and adjustive procedures and equipment available. We consider subluxations to be a serious threat to the quality and quantity of your health and that of your family. It is therefore imperative that we utilize the most modern, and the well established time-proven procedures to help you. We feel you’re worth it!
Our initial time together will be focused on getting to know you, explore what’s important to you for spinal health, and learn about what you expect from us. We choose to schedule 45 minutes to 1 hour with every new patient to allow that to happen.
You’ll find that we do a lot of talking here at Wellness First. But, even more so, we listen. From your first visit (even from the first phone call), we’ll be asking questions and listening to learn about you, who you are, what you want for your health, and how we can work together to achieve that.
On your first appointment, please bring your insurance card and a form of ID. Also, please bring a completed Patient Health History Intake Form or arrive 15-minutes in advance of your appointment time to fill out the paperwork in our office.
We look forward to serving you!
